Please note that we are not responsible for transit times. International shipments can take weeks or may get delayed in Customs, but usually take 4 to 12 days. Once we ship your order, it is on its way to you and we cannot control the delivery.

Shipping is determined by the destination of your order, and all US orders are shipped First class or Priority mail with delivery confirmation for your protection and ours. Priority mail in the US costs us $4.75 minimum but we charge $4.25. ***New, June 25 2008: Very small orders, like a single jar of primer, are now sent first class (with Delivery Confirmation) within the US to save our customers money. Rates are $1.75 to $2.50, closer to the international rates for small purchases. Since our system cannot determine whether a customer chooses a full size or sample size on the drop-down menu, the postage cost will be the same despite size because it calculates by number of products, not the gram weight in each.

International orders will be sent via Airmail. Most small (under $25) orders are $2.00 to $2.50 to Canada, and $2.50 to $3.25 everywhere else in the world. Your exact shipping charge will be shown in checkout before you enter payment information, and we never tack on hidden "handling" fees. Any fees charged upon reaching international destinations (customs fees, "pickup" fees, etc) are charged by local governments, are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and we do not receive any of this money. Please do not place eseveral orders at the same time to get around our sample limit or save on customs fees.

Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns. However, we want our customers to be satisfied with their orders, so if we have shipped the wrong item or your order is missing an item, please do not hesitate to contact us at staff@fyrinnae.com with your name and order number. Order cancellations are done on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 5 days of the order date as long as the order has not been shipped. Any granted after that are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refused and returned parcels are given 50% store credit due to the fact that we cannot, and would not, resell the products.
