Finishing Powder: Oil Control

"This is one Fyrinnae product that I'm kind of ambivalent about. It's a generous tub at a very good price and it does does the trick of holding off the oilies for a few hours for a matte finish.I apply this over my foundation before using a tinted finishing powder. Why? It says "powder is transparet" (I suppose it means on application) in the description, but there is a slight whitish cast to it when applied. And this is after using a very tiny amount with a fibre optic brush to avoid too dense an application. All I can say is, this has to be used with a very very light hand (even lighter than the powder primer) on tanner/ medium skins."
