Inks Liquid Eyeliner

These are not made to be used on the eyelid, only on the waterline, but do work for some people as conventional liner. They will smudge on swatch tests on hand or arm, but you do not want a product that will dry then flake off into your eye as some water & wax based liners do. For best results, wipe off excess product from brush on container rim before application.
(caps are silver, not gold) These eyeliners are water-resistant, smudgeable while wet, and long-lasting. They were designed for use on the waterline, and may not work well used as a conventional liquid eyeliner. Named "inks" because of the way they are easily applied, and can keep a shimmery wet look for hours. To apply, shake while capped tightly, then wipe any excess off of brush, and lightly draw a thin line. Best removed with an oil-based makeup remover. They cannot fully "dry" because there is no water and no wax in them, which means they will not flake off in your eyes. Please note that these are supposed to "separate" somewhat in the container and smudge easily when applied. For best results, keep the containers stored upright, not on their sides.

This product was designed to be comfortably used on the waterline, but should be tested by each user (our chemist created the unique formulation and uses these because he has the most sensitive eyes and cannot wear other liquid liners).
